me, 2015 ↘In 2015 I moved to the US on a full tennis scholarship. Nobody helped me get there. I filmed my own practice videos, emailed coaches one by one, and figured out the paperwork by myself.
It worked, but it took a lot of guessing. Looking back, the hardest part was never knowing what the next step was.
Today there are very few people helping athletes from the Gulf and the Middle East with this. So I started StudyNPlayUSA to share what I learned and to give families here a clear place to start.

What parents ask us most
Yes. Right now we are building the community, so creating a profile and joining costs nothing. If we ever add paid features later, we'll tell you clearly before anything costs money.
Student-athletes in the GCC and the wider Middle East, usually between 14 and 18, who want to play their sport at a US college while getting a degree. And their parents, who usually make the final decision.
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Coaches decide who they offer. What we can do is help you understand the process, build a strong profile, and put it where coaches can see it.
No. We focus on the sports and college side. For the student visa, we'll point you to the official resources, but we don't give legal advice or file any paperwork for you.
The earlier the better. Grade 9 or 10 is ideal, because coaches start looking at athletes two or three years before they arrive. Older students can still join. There are options for late starters too.
You can, and I did. But coaches get hundreds of emails. A clear profile with the right information, sent to the right schools, gets much more attention than a message that starts from zero.
